In 2010, Virgin Mobile was going through a full brand refresh. Working with the team at BEAM Interactive, I was in charge of the digital direction and design of the new online experience. Phone and plan details, shopping flows, user accounts, a quick and easy way to to compare phone/plan cost and a complete rehaul of the activation flow, we left no stone unturned.
